March 31st: Gaspard Yurkievich / Asiance

On March 31st visited us Mr. Christophe Muser (CEO of Musertrading) and Mr. Olivier Mouroux (Asiance).

Mr. Muser explained licensing in Korea with the example of the fashion label "Gaspard Yurkievich".

Gaspard Yukievich celebrated in 2008 its 10 years of existence and independence, collections, development and brand affirmation.

Gaspard Yukievich was bon in paris in 1972. After his studies at Studio Bercot, he won the Festival d'hyeres in 1997 and launched his first pret-a-porter women's collection in 1998. Since then, his shows have been an innovative launch pad that illustrate his sexy, contemporary and urban visions. Gaspard Yukievich has called upon numerous artists to help bring together his creative endeavours.

Gaspard Yukievich launched the men's pret-a-porter and shoe collections in 2003. Keeping in line with the feeling of Gaspard Yukievich, the men's collection has since developed considerably and proposes a wide range of dress shirts, t-shirts and revisited masculine wardrobe classics. From 2005 to 2007, in parallel th his activity as fashion designer, Gaspard Yukievich joined the teaching staff as teacher of the fundamentals of fashion.

The opening of the independent brand's first boutique in 2003, is making a new stage in the development of Gaspard Yukievich. For more than 3 years now, the accessories collection has been experiencing considerable growth and development within the brand Gaspard Yukievich.

Since his fashion beginnings, Gaspard Yukievich has participated in co-branding or has been solicited by luxury and distribution brands. Example of past collaborations include DeBeers, Jaguar, Toyota, L'oreal, Mac cosmetic, Evian, and more recently with Linca Farrow and the international brand of bags Eastpack.

It is, thus, with an eye for both the mainstream and elitist movements in fashion that the French label Gaspard Yukievich has independently developed its distinct vision and global recognition in the worlds of fashion and luxury.

The Gaspard Yurkievich boutique first opened its doors in 2005 on Rue Charlot in Paris as the home to designer Gaspard Yurkievich’s own line. The simple, light-filled, minimalist space provides a perfect foil to the directional creations that Yurkievich produces, from elegant women’s shoes to luxurious men’s T-shirts with signature graphic prints.
His collections are avant-garde and daring, yet maintain a chic aesthetic.

  2. Mr. Christophe Muser who is CEO of Musertrading is very impressed to me. He is the only person who spoke us. Because I'm interested in fashion industry, so it was very special to me. Mr. Olivier Mouroux in Asiance also gave us a helpful speech. Now I study about marketing, so I think that his speech is very useful.

  3. In this school hous,I was surprised because of Mr. Christophe Muser,CEO of Musertrading.
He explained about his company and his service in Korean!!
I think his korean was fluent. During his presention, I have a question : 'other CEO also can speak Korean like him?'

I expected next CEO also can speak Korean.
But Mr. Mouroux who is CEO of Asiance couldn't speak Korean. So I focused on his English Presentation.

Though it was hard time, I think the CEOs presention were useful.
